As for daemons and eating...it can vary depending the kind you are. [Ah ha ha therions.] But for me, I don't really need to eat to survive, but it does help keep my strength and energy up. So I just eat the same usual food like everyone else. I'm not too picky, but I'm partial to stir fry and sweets myself.
