[ He glances over to her then, arms still crossed, gaze drifting to the window she has in her cell for a moment. ]

Guess I missed out on all of it.

[ What with his being in Shaarnath for as long as he had been. Although, maybe it's for the best that he wasn't around considering his innate use of the darkness. ]

[ He mutters that part a little softly before he glances away again, still leaning against the wall. ]

I'm guessing, even without getting whatever it is you wanted, you learned something from it you didn't know before?

They act as if I owe them an answer for my actions.

[ She caused chaos, that's what she does. Honestly, it's a bunch of strangers coming to her cell with questions and Velvet feels no obligation to answer any of them. Most won't understand her reasoning anyway.

For Velvet, this cell is pretty posh in comparison to the last one she was in. A mattress for the bed, a window for sunlight and no one throwing monsters in on the regular. So she's not putting up much of a fuss about it. ]

I don't expect change to happen overnight or even in just the course of a few days. Even discovering the truth is not so easy to obtain.
